Bullseye Telecom - Reporting
With the average U.S. Company spending up to 20% of their operating budget on telecommunications, it makes sense to know where and how that money is being spent. It's the costs that appear on your invoice and those that don't that affect your bottom line. Our detailed reporting system provides continuity across all your locations. We provide information that allows you to compare and contrast all your direct expenses as well as soft costs to evaluate employee productivity and potential abuse. What more, you'll be able to save the time and resources expended on the reconciliation, trouble-shooting and payment processes.
Our reports are available in 2 formats:
In addition, your Account Manager will train you on how to order and utilize each of these reports. Our goal is to provide you with the right tools you need to manage every aspect of your telecommunications services.
1. Corporate Billing Report By Account and by Line
This report provides an at-a-glance total for all of your locations using categories such as non-recurring charges, recurring charges and usage by type. You'll quickly see which locations have the most charges. This summary is followed by a detailed report for each line at each location. This allows you to pinpoint the sites that have the greatest expenditures.
2. Exception Reports
There are times when you’ll want to identify those locations with high usage and potential abuse of services – that’s where BullsEye Telecom Exception Reports come in. You customize the parameters to identify (as defined by you) the number of locations with the greatest overall charges, longest calls, most expensive calls and extensive pay-per-use charges such as directory assistance and automatic call back. In addition, you can trend back up to a year to identify and evaluate those locations that over time are continuing to increase in cost and decrease in productivity.
3. EnCOMPASS Usage Reports
EnCOMPASS Usage Reports provide detailed usage reporting for each of your locations. Used in conjunction with the Exception Reports, these reports sum up the detail behind the telephone numbers called, length of those calls and total amounts for each number called on each line.
4. Call Detail Records (CDRs)
Unlike other companies, BullsEye Telecom provides Call Detail Records (CDRs) for your local calls. You'll know exactly what calls are placed for your local services as well as our other voice services such as IntraLATA/toll, long distance and international calling. The CDRs can be easily downloaded to provide the per call detail for each telephone number at each location. You'll know the details of every call placed with fields like date, time, length of call, terminating number information and charge amount.
5. Customer Service Summary Reports
These monthly reports provide information on where lines were activated, deactivated and repaired. You will always know what kind of activity has been taking place at each of your locations.
6. Account Management Reports
Reports that provide detailed service address information and the working telephone numbers (WTNs) associated at each service location. You'll know exactly what lines you have with BullsEye Telecom.
