Anavon prides itself in placing continued emphasis on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any product you've received from us, simply contact us within 30 days of your invoice date. If our technical support department can't resolve the problem, we'll gladly arrange for an exchange, company credit or refund. Custom installed products, telephone systems, and software can be exchanged for like products only. To return a product, simply call our customer service department for a return authorization (RA) number. Anavon products must be returned in new condition in the original package within 30 days of the invoice date
