Call Forwarding - Busy Line

This feature automatically forwards you to a pre-designated number when the line is busy.

Call Forwarding – No Answer

No Answer sends you to a pre-designated number when the phone isn’t answered.

Call Forwarding – Variable

Gives you the opportunity to forward calls to another telephone number. Call Forwarding – Variable transfers incoming calls to any domestic telephone number (local & long distance charges apply).

Call Screening

Call Screening completely blocks calls. You can designate as many as ten telephone numbers. Callers hear a message stating, “The number you are calling has activated Call Screening.”

Call Waiting

Notifies you of an incoming call when you are on the line with another caller. You can place the initial call on hold and accept the second call without additional equipment.

Caller ID Blocking

For increased privacy, you can block your company name and telephone number from appearing on the Caller ID of called parties.

Caller ID - Number Only

Identifies the telephone number of the caller before you answer.

Caller ID – Name & Number

Identifies the telephone number of the caller and name of the person or business that is calling before you answer.

Message Waiting

Notifies you of a new message in your voicemail box. Message Waiting-Tone Only is an audible signal (stutter dial tone). Message Waiting-Visual Only is a flashing or steady light on your phone that indicates a new message (you must have a compatible phone).

Multi-Ring Service First and Second Number

An economical alternative to additional phone lines, Multi-Ring Service provides you with one or two additional phone numbers. Because there’s only one actual line, all calls ring into it, regardless of which number is dialed. The ring itself, however, is distinctive to the number dialed, thus identifying for you the number dialed by the caller. Multi-Ring is no longer available as a new service.

Speed Dialing (Eight Numbers)

Store as many as eight frequently-dialed numbers (local or long distance) which can be automatically dialed by pressing a code.

Speed Dialing – Expanded (30 Numbers)

Provides for storage of as many as 30 numbers for speed dialing.
